SHIPPING RATES
Our shipping rates are approximate and based on weight. For items above 2kg we use a shipping broker to get you the best courier prices. If the cost is less than our estimate at the time of shipping the excess paid will be refunded back to you upon shipping.*

All orders to non UK countries will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis, meaning duties and taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. All prices shown on the website for both products and delivery services are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. The total price you pay us for products is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on the sale.
Where you've requested delivery to an EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will include VAT at the appropriate rate for the country of delivery.
Where you've ordered products for delivery to a non-EU address, both the products and the delivery service will normally be zero-rated, with no UK VAT chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the website,* see above.
INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
Gallery Beautiful Limited insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Gallery Beautiful Limited and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can check the current status of your shipment by signing into your account and selecting ORDER STATUS. Simply type in your unique tracking number, which we emailed to you, to track your shipment for you. Gallery Beautiful Limited will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.
OUR STRICT NO RETURNS POLICY
We have a strict no return policy because our pieces are bespoke and made to order, especially for you, allowing us to offer a much wider variety of colours and sizes. We’re a sustainable, eco-ethical company creating unique, high quality, hand-crafted pieces locally in Britain. We’re ethically opposed to mass production, so by making to order we reduce our waste, costs and carbon foot print, helping you, Mother Earth and our umbrella charity Temple Beautiful – a flowering of consciousness.
Turnaround times are approximately 3 – 8 weeks (depending on the product) from placing your order because before we ship to you, our pieces are hand-crafted locally in more than one of our studios or design houses before coming back to us for quality checks.

GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item as a gift, you may not return or exchange it.
EXCHANGES
Please note we do not exchange items.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Faulty items should be returned within 7 days of receiving your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. Please contact us at alchemy@gallerybeautiful.com in relation to such returns, and for our return address. Please note that we will not accept liability for goods that are returned. Notwithstanding anything else in these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of returning items to us.
Faulty items should be returned new, unused, and with all Gallery Beautiful tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, boxes should be included with your return.
Please email alchemy@gallerybeautiful.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without a Gallery Beautiful tag. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which we will generate for you once we have received an email at alchemy@gallerybeautiful.com with a return request. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
RECEIVING A REFUND ON FAULTY GOODS
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or Gallery Beautiful Limited account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Gallery Beautiful Limited. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
