When you purchase a gift card, you’ll receive an email containing a unique gift card code that can be use at checkout to redeem its value. This code isn't case sensitive. If the gift card’s for someone else, simply forward the gift card email to the lucky person or print it and pop it in their card ☆

Each gift card holds a balance which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. You can view and manage the status of each gift card in your account ☆

If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, you are prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order ☆

Our gift cards are redeemable for products and packages only. They may not be used to purchase another gift card or towards previously purchased products. Purchase or use of this card constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions. Gift cards do not expire ☆

Turnaround times are approximately 4 – 8 weeks (depending on the product) from placing your order because before we ship to you, our pieces are hand-crafted locally in more than one of our studios or design houses before coming back to us for quality checks
